Bio:
Dr. Changran Fan is an Assistant Professor of Business Analytics at ÃÛÌÒ´«Ã½×îаæÏÂÔØ University. He earned his Ph.D. in Information Technology & Systems Management from the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh.
His research interests lie at the confluence of emerging technologies, firm-level and societal-level shocks, and the ensuing digital transformation. He examines the effects of technology adoption by studying the operational configurations in which the technologies are deployed and models the resulting business value calculus using econometric and machine learning methods.
