Ordering Caps and Gowns
December 2024 Cap & Gown Information
The deadline to order your cap and gown is November 15, 2024. Candidates are responsible for the shipping fee and tax for their cap and gown. The shipping fee is $14.90 plus tax for orders placed by the deadline.

Ceremonies
Please review the below information carefully for the degree ceremony schedules. Candidates can view their college and level in their Degree Works. Please see example below on where candidates can find this information in their Degree Works. Graduation candidates can only attend the ceremony related to their level and college. Double majors will attend their priority major ceremony.

Afternoon Undergraduate Degree Ceremony

Evening Undergraduate Degree Ceremony

Colleges: Aviation, Science and Technology & Nursing and Health Sciences ONLY

Morning Graduate Degree Ceremony
Time: 9:00a.m.
Colleges: Aviation, Science and Technology & Nursing and Health Sciences ONLY
Afternoon Graduate Degree Ceremony
Time: 1:00p.m.
Colleges: Business & Education and Social Sciences ONLY
College & Ceremony Confirmation
You may confirm your college through your Degree Works (DW) status bar and/or your advisor. Additionally, your e-tickets will be issued under your correct ceremony; ticketing information is e-mailed out at the end of October.
Ceremony Participation Guidelines for December 2024 Candidates
December candidates must have a 鈥楥lear Except Final Grades鈥� or 鈥楥leared for Graduation鈥� DW status by November 14 to participate in the ceremony. E-ticketing details are available on the commencement webpage.
Candidates must order their cap & gown through the 蜜桃传媒最新版下载 University site. Graduation candidates are required to have their 蜜桃传媒最新版下载 University, December 2024 cap and gown to participate in commencement ceremonies.
Financial Policy
蜜桃传媒最新版下载 University policy requires that a student account must be clear before tickets are available for the ceremony. You may check your account balance through your my蜜桃传媒最新版下载 portal 鈥� STUDENT ACCOUNT.
Cap & Gown
Your graduation processing fee includes your cap & gown whether you attend your ceremony or not. Candidates are responsible for the shipping fee and tax for their cap & gown. The shipping fee is $14.90 plus tax. Candidates will be required to pay this fee at the
time of their cap & gown order. To avoid late fees, order your cap & gown before November 15, 2024. Candidates can order their gown through .
The Office of the Registrar does not process late cap and gown orders. Students who miss the ordering deadline will need to contact Myles Olson at mcolson@herffjones.com to order their late cap & gown. They will incur a $25.00 expediting fee and will also be required to pick-up their cap and gown on the day of graduation.
